I finally have a diagnosis for my (now 6 week old) ear problems: Acute Severe Bilateral Serous Otitis. I have several prescriptions, instructions for doing a sinus wash (ick), and an appointment at Tallahassee Ear, Nose, & Throat on 4/29. This likely means that my hearing issues will persist through the end of the semester, unless the prescriptions do something, but at least someone who knows about this stuff will be looking at it within the foreseeable future!
