I find it almost fitting that on R U OK? Day I am not feeling very ok. However, I am very blessed to have an amazingly loving and supportive husband and helpful, encouraging family and friends. And a loving, forgiving, all-powerful God. Not everyone has all these wonderful blessings and gifts in their life. So make it a point to ask someone today especially "R U OK?". You might be saving their life. And just FYI, for those I know who will express concern at this status, my not so OK day is a result of poor physical health, and not a cause for concern for my mental well-being.
