I find it very difficult to understand comrades when they talking - TopicsExpress

I find it very difficult to understand comrades when they talking about tried & tested Cdes ,referring to senior comrades in our movement as the ones who should be leading members and followers of our ANC. My view on my confusion is based on following facts: # They are the ones who betray the same movement by joining opposition parties confusing all those who believe he/she stands for right reasons and discipline. # They are the ones in most cases who develop a cult in the movement to a certain leader for their own comfort not for the cause and principle they should stand for. # They are the ones who mislead the young people about the conduct and discipline when the pressure of loosing power is against them and on how to do things in the movement and yet lack the will to balance the economical emancipation for the majority of our people in this country. # They are the ones who betray the same Freedom Charter that can Free At Last our people in South Africa. #They are the ones who betray the same policy they forced us with in business by becoming BEE partner (Front) in white owned companies and makes it difficult for those black business people to enforce by laws to those companies. Allowing overseas companies to exploit our labour without fair compensation. # They are the ones who owns farms and accuse those still want to continue talking about expropriation of land without compensation as counter revolutionary. The list is endless of the conduct of so called Tried & Tested Cdes of our movement. The Tried & Tested seems to be stagnant in passing the baton to the young leaders of the movement, example is the NMB RTT where I see those appointed as old leaders who should be passing the experience to the young instead some if not all see their appointment as another step to power of resources again. Generational mix was never considered to balance the RTT so that we can have young people who understand the movement, and this clearly means we will have young Cdes who always brings the tendency of disrespecting old people like Malema was doing in our movement. Some tried & tested go around the branches giving misleading political lectures with the hope of winning branches in the next RGC so that they can step again to power of state resource. And unfortunately most of those brought a culture of the cult in the ANC during the era of Cde TM and regard themselves as the brains in the movement who left a vacuum of good leaders when they left. I am still talking about TRIED & TESTED Cdes of my ANC. Define and measure to me tried & tested Cde. Ill expect comrades to engage with me to understand the character of a leader using your tools of analysis when we elect leaders without using the term that seems to be misplaced in number of occasions in people we elected in political positions.
