I find myself so funny, I was actually pissed off but i got a bit carried away. EE are shit lol. To whomever it may concern, Yesterday my partner rang your customer service line to discuss our slow broadband speeds. We were on the phone trying to do a speed test for the woman who was trying to help us. I found the woman very abrupt and extremely hard to understand. As I couldnt get my computer on we decided to let the woman off the phone so I could quickly turn on my laptop. What my partner quite clearly ask was can we call you back in a bit? Now I understand it is probably on my shoulders to know your opening and closing times (that was sarcastic). We werent aware that your offices close at 11pm - instead of replying No well be closed Im afraid. its nearly 11pm she replied yeah, sure. From the beginning of the conversation the woman on the phone made it clear she didnt want to be talking to us and obviously took the first chance she could to end the call. Now this didnt really bother me as much as tonights phone call has. What my partner yet again got was a poor attitude, poor English, abrupt answers - in fact no answers and a woman who probably lost you a sale. When I ask about my speeds and get told that 6 mpbs is normal speed, I wondered if the woman actually worked for your company or had just decided to take up a hobby answering the phone - which she evidently grew very quickly tired of. I then asked about fibre optic, maybe upgrading? Again what i received was the drab tones of your companys representative speaking three sentences compiled in to one because the woman didnt stop for air and dont know. I am proud you run such an active campaign about customer satisfaction with your employees because youre doing an amazing job, seriously, well done. Im annoyed and quite disgusted at your poor excuse for customer service, and trust me although i sound like it i dont usually complain to companies. I work within retail i dont like customers complaining at me. Thank you whoever reads this, i know its not personally your fault but im really not happy with the service i received. I dont allow you my bank details to experience that.
