I find myself, this morning, wanting more thank yous. (Not for me, personally, just to be clear.) Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for your patience. Thank you putting yourself through this emotional gauntlet, for the sake of our community. We know you dont have to. Lead with the gratitude, and follow with the (often necessary) criticism. If every outraged community post started with a moment of polite appreciation, then perhaps we wouldnt lose so many good volunteers. Going back to Kriti Festival work now (which is, at this point, two months before the festival, consuming 2-3 hours / day). Feeling grateful that there is no current trouble in this community, and all I have to deal with are logistics.
