I find that the more technologically advanced we get the more challenged they get. Took a pair of defective jeans back to Sears without a receipt. We are sorry we cant do anything for you. Well Mam, we purchased these on a Sears Credit card, on the Sears website. Cant you pull it up? Um, yeah, I guess we can. 20 minutes later there are no jeans to replace these jeans. 3 people later and 3 computers later. How stupid do people have to be? Last evening at Sams the self check out runs out of receipt paper so we cant get out of the door. How about they are short staffed and the front end person doesnt know how to change the paper. Another 15-20 minutes at the front desk- 4 people later oh, yeah you did pay for your items. Not a we are sorry or anything. I am so tired of peoples rudeness. Costumer service has completely gone out the window. Thank you for allowing me to rant, I hope you all have a very nice day :)
