I first joined Slow Food 16 years ago to get their (no longer published) journal which had a unique and refreshing approach to telling the stories of food traditions around the world. Slow Foods Good, Clean and Fair Food concept embodies the reasons Im involved in food production and think they are a great organization to be connected to. Im excited to be heading to Turin, IT, to represent Slow Food Portland, Oregon for the second time in eight years at Terra Madre this year.
