I first met her when she came to see my daughter in hospital. Her son was my daughter,s friend and we used to stay in the same complex.She told me , sometimes back , she was also admitted in the same hospital with bad migraine and she said there is no permanent cure for migraine. I offered her , that I just want to try reflexology once and she agreed. When she came for treatment , I asked her how many glasses of water she drink. She replied , she drinks juice, coke, wine but not water may be a glass or two with medicine . Why to drink water and water is for cow?,!! I told her to drink 10 glass of water to start with, because other than stress, too much of acidity in stomack is also one of the reason of migraine. She took 6 treatments and till date she never admitted in hospital again with bad migraine. Today she is a member of parliament in Kenya and she is my very good friend.
