I, for one, am pretty sick of Christianity bashing. Face it. Christianity has been here a long time and its not going away. Time to suck it up and learn to coexist. If anyone counters this with But the Christians......... followed by some action that occured 500 years ago I will personally go to your home, knock on your door and slap you. Society has changed since then. We have enough problems in the world without rehashing things that happened in the 1500s. This is NOW. I dont understand how aetheists can complain about the fact Christian missionaries are in Africa helping Ebola patients. They might share their beliefs. BFD. Let them. Theyre the ones willingly going to Africa, putting their lives on the line, and doing the dirty work. Aetheists, meanwhile, are sitting in their easy chairs worrying that those horrible missionaries might spread their religion. At least the missionaires are doing SOMETHING not blathering on about how they need to do something. If the missionaries are putting their lives on the line for total strangers, let them talk faith. Let Christian groups send them money and supplies. Theyre truly living their faith. Theyre better people than I.......I know I couldnt do that. People have become so intolerant of other opinions. Ive had several people personal message me (sometimes total strangers) and ask how I can be such a right wing zealot. Guess what? Its my FB page. If you dont like what I say, block me. Thats your right. you wanna discuss something? Cool. Civil discourse is always a good thing, but come up with something other than what happened 500 or 1000 years ago. The world isnt obligated to suddenly become politically correct. I, for one, am politically INCORRECT. And proud of it.
