I found another video from Palo, Leyte where Gigis brothers live. Palo is right outside of Tacloban which was the center of the bulls-eye for Super Typhoon Yolanda. Tagalog is the language being spoken but basically they are describing how desperate things have become - no help from the government has arrived; bodies are still buried under the rubble but there is no rescue or recovery being done; they have no food, water or shelter; they are resorting to burials in mass graves; looting is becoming a problem and there is very little security being provided. Transportation has been a major problem as the roads are still blocked. And appeals for help to the national government have gotten little or no response. Imagine the worst possible living conditions you can think of and then triple it. That is what my brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, niece and nephew are going through right now and I am ready to SCREAM.
