I found my oatflour bread recipe.. Its just like the oat flour tortilla recipe with additives, that simple recipe will work for so many things. Pecan Raisin Bread 2 cups oat flour 2tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 2 Tbl. oil(i use CO) 2/3 cup milk or water( i like milk for the bread) up to 1 cup if looks dry 2 tbl. molasses( or any sweetener I like molasses best) Mix dry then wet. Mix together Add 1tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup or more nuts I like pecans or walnuts 1/4 cup or more of raisins or any dried fruit Mix well ..if dry add a little water to resemble a cake mix batter. Oil a regular size loaf pan. Pour in batter and bake for 50 min at 350 till top is brown and hard to the touch. Cool before cutting. Or it will be too crumbly. I used a toaster oven to cook mine (convection) so check it after 45 min in regular oven.. Cook like any bread. It took me 2-3 times to perfect this.... :) It does rise a little..
