I found out something the other day. My ex had a garnishee order but now his employer has stopped making payments. CSA tried to contact employer, now employer is ignoring them as well as douchey ex ignoring them. CSA has been so kind as to inform me that although a garnishee order is a legal document they cant actually force an employer to comply and if they dont feel like making payments thats just my bad luck!!!!
