I found out that I have been working out and running with two things programmed into my brain 1) my run timing has been to army cadence ( left, right, left, right) and I need to switch to right left to help stop the stamping on my right foot 2) I have been running and standing in a mode to protect my right knee from when I had injured it three times last year while I was overweight. No need to do that, because there is 66 pounds off of it. AND today at the chiropractor the reception dude saw me stretching in the room and I told him what muscle was hurting in my right leg and he said it was the hardest one to stretch in the entire body and he showed me how to. PROBLEMS SOLVED.
