I found this 5 or 6 frame strip of 35mm nitrate fragment spliced at the end of an odd reel of another nitrate film about 8 years ago and just scanned it tonight. Here is the best frame. The rest has severe decomp. The only identifier is on the films edge; Eastman News Stock. The film it was spliced at the end of was from the 1920s. Can anyone recognize where this may have come from??? I am thinking it was part of a dater tag or advertizement.
