I found this inscribed stone and a couple more pushed into a ditch in front of a newly constructed house. The homeowner said her husband had pushed them here from a location behind the house. The other stones were more buried and the inscriptions difficult to see, but this contained a possible G-M or winter inscription. Usually, one looks for the first gleam as the alignment, but this dramatic view of the risen sun sitting on top of Mt. Ascutney from these stones is too good to bypass.
