I found this letter and it is right on Target. OPEN LETTER TO POTUS and CONGRESS Mr. President and esteemed members of Congress, WE ARE AT WAR. Either you have not noticed or you do not care that there are large groups of radicals that are openly targeting the West. Accordingly, We the people of the United States of America hereby declare war on the Islamic State of Irac and Syria (ISIS) and on HAMAS. This lawful declaration is in light of and in spite of the lack of action by our elected leaders to take immediate, decisive and appropriate steps to protect our nations citizens both home and abroad from the terror being waged by ISIS against the west. We further insist that Congress immediately cease and desist from any further consorting with our enemies. Specifically it is illegal to give aid to any government that aligns itself with HAMAS, and yet the United States has been giving 400 million dollars a year to the Palestinian Authority for the past two decades. PA s continued alliance with HAMAS is indisputable and unacceptable. Any further aid to our enemies is nothing short of treason and should be dealt with accordingly. We regret that things have come to this, but they have. The United States of America belongs to us, the citizens. Our elected leaders serve at our pleasure and We the People are not happy that we are having to do your job for you. FIX THIS ...NOW.
