I found this to be pretty disturbing. It seems like a gross abuse of power. Arent you supposed to tell someone why you are breaking into their home and arresting them? He said hed get his id. Id be scated too. Could be more to this story...but all I saw was a bully bullying a man who seemed pretty confused and surprisingly cool headed. That cop is lucky that dog didnt tear him up. Any details on this? Just makes the cop look so bad
