I gave Art a piece of my mind. After they completely messed up my order, I contacted them. The nice lady on the phone offered me expedited shipping to send the correct product. Unfortunately, for them, expedited shipping is meaningless to me because they FAILED to get anything in the mail for a full week after I called them about the issue. So, yeah, I might get a package in 2-3 business days, but I called them LAST THURSDAY, followed up on Tuesday, and finally got confirmation that my package was shipped today, a full week after I called them! I could have driven across the United States and back quicker than they can get from the phone to their own shipping department. After reading my comments, they should either ban me from their website or decide to never prompt me to complete their survey again. Terms like "dim-wit," "livid," "incompetent," "turtle-speed," and "fury" may have been included in my review.
