I get a lot if people asking me how they can increase the difficulty with this challenge, my personal suggestions are; - add 5 minutes of skipping in between squat reps -add core exercises in between squat reps ie: plank ( check out 30 day ab challenge ) -add hand held weights ( 2 kg each hand) while squatting -try incorporating a burpee into your squat ( squat, then drop to the floor, push up, jump back on to your feet, then repeat) Remember for those wanting to lose weight, you need to be doing HIIT training ( High Intensity Interval Training ) xx rish
