I get a lot of clients who come to me complaining that their chest is getting fleshy and droopy .... I explain if you dont train your chest then this will be the case... If you dont train your legs or your arms then the muscle tissue will reduce therefore more saggy skin and fleshy fat. Its the same with your chest. My ladies who have had babies and Brest feed have seen a significant difference in their chest whilst training with me. Women can truly benefit from the bench press in many ways. It’s not the domain of men alone. Bench pressing will improve posture because a strong chest equals a strong back. Bench pressing keeps women looking and feeling feminine. Developing chest muscles will help give you a cleavage. It sends the message you are a woman AND a fit woman at that! It will help burn body fat. Bench pressing is a compound exercise that involves many muscles at one time to lift the barbell. Compound exercises are necessary to burn body fat and get fit. The bench press employs the use of your pectorals, triceps, deltoids, the lats (in your back), abdominals, thighs and even your glutes. My client doing 27 kg on chest ... Not bad for her first attempt ... Xx
