I get asked all the time about this Shakeology drink that I LOVE!!!! So I thought I would post a video here for people who wonder :) For me it has helped me not want fast food; I used to LOVE fast food! It has helped me lose a lot of weight and in general it helps me to feel full of energy and it has helped me in amazing ways withy allergies.
