I get asked alot how do i get a strong bench?, well ill tell you what worked for me and thats: Heavy front shoulder press, heavy bench,heavy weighted dips and end less amounts of push-ups was my 3 day aweek sess on top half training other 2 days were arms. Ok i might get people commenting saying but thats not what such and such is doing, well im jst telling you my routine and what worked for me. Oh and keyword is HEAVY!!
