I get asked now and again about supplements and if I take any. Yes, as a performance-minded CrossFitter I believe proper nutrition and supplementation is important for high level competition. Here is what I take for those of you who are interested... 1. Creatine (Kre-Alkalyn EFX from AllProNutrition, pre-training mostly) 2. Carbs (Karbolyn aka dextrose, unflavored, pre/intra/post training) 3. BCAAs (Xtend intra-WOD on strength days, post on metcon days) 4. Multi-vitamin (in the morning) 5. Omega-3s (with every meal) 6. Zinc (in the morning) 7. Magnesium (at night) 8. Vitamin C (sporadically) 9. OsteoBiFlex (because Im getting old, in the mornings) 10. Gummy Bears (because theyre amazing and Jared Butler told me theyre ok)
