I get up this morning, as I have to take my youngest daughter to school, throw on an old tank top, camo sweat pants, and a pair of off-road crocs, and head out to the truck to start it up. Halfway there, it suddenly dawns on me that its chilly and raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock....A Texas phrase for heavy rain! I slip in some mud as I reach the truck, and almost bust my butt. I get it started up, and take my slightly hyper child and her 30 sugar skulls (Dont even ask),to school. After giving her a kiss on her head and making sure that she gets inside, I pull out the drive, turning on the radio as I do. Eddie Rabbits I Love a Rainy Night comes out of the speakers. Im going back to bed and crawl in with my wife. This morning is just not starting out right!
