I go to support my aunt today in court, in hopes that she could receive some legal rights back to the child that she took in her home for quite some time... let me rewind and say my aunt was given this precious 7 year old girl that just needed someone to love her, given to her as if she were a toy as the mother told us she couldnt bare to look at her daughter because of her Husband Raping her and Loving her more than her own self...Sick right?! So my poor aunt gladly and I mean thankfully took her in and gave her all she ever deserved. Out of No where 5 months down the road, she is summonsed to court. The mother decided to fight for the child back to go back Not even to her own care, but back to the home in which the step sister preciously molested the child as well!!!! Court was today, I was a witness.. my aunt having won visitation last time, fought with No lawyer, and didnt feel as if she had the choice.. we went in, she did her very best and was truthful, I got on the stand and was truthful.. but the Three lawyers on their side, for whatever reason that is...they just chewed us up and spit us out... it was Nothing but lies from them, and pain heartache and truth from us... for whatever reason, I was questioned of MY past, and also told that I wasnt a mother, I simply take care of someone elses child???? Thats where I broke..... a Mother apparently is ONLY a mother if she gets pregnant, carries the child and gives birth, at least thats how they made it look!!!! With that being said I now have a completely new outlook on the Justice system as they once again took the rights from My aunt that finally gave this child a life, and they didnt even thank her for all she had done. They lied and talked down on us Both as if fighting for a child that isnt our own was WRONG??? I have news for you lawyers, you couldnt be half the mother i am to have even fought with the documented abuse and allowed her back to that environment. Your not half the woman I am, you are ONLY out for your paycheck... as for my SON that is MY SoN and I am HIS MOTHER, you must be ashamed of yourselves, and I hope it eats at you when you lay your head down. What ever happened for the best of the child?? What happened to society?? Why are we looked down upon for sacrificing everything to fight for a childs life, too give them life...people make me absolutely sick but as I told my aunt...a judge is powerful here, but is Nothing compared to the ultimate judge our GOD. Now its just a waiting game as God works his marvelous ways!!!!!!!!!
