I got a call from a law office Friday. I was asked to testify at a lawsuit hearing regarding a car accident that involved a friend. Not his fault, the other fella admitted it was his fault, my friend should have been dead- I do not know how he survived. Insurance has paid nothing, nada, zilch, to my friend for his hospitalizations and injuries or the car that was totaled. More than a year ago. Yes, though I loathe frivolous lawsuits- this aint one. You betcha, will be pleased to testify.
