I got arrested because of a clerical error yesterday. The officer randomly screened my plates while following me in keene. He pulls me over and says my license is suspended (WHAT??). He then says that he has to arrest me. (WHAT??) I ask why my license is suspended and he cant answer me. He was about to put me in the front seat of his cruiser when he was informed he has to cuff me and put me in the back (WHAT?!?!). I get booked. Yes I have lots of tattoos I promise Im. It in a gang. They still cant figure out why I have a suspended license. I have no tickets in NH and a resolved obstruction of view in VT. They tell me to call the dmv in the morning. I call. They cant figure it out beside it was a clerical error on their end. I GOT ARRESTED FOR A CLERICAL ERROR( WHAT?!?!) You can afford to have a digital finger print scanner but cant afford to streamline the DMV records so there are no mistakes like this?!?! Ridiculousness all around. Needless to say I am traumatized,have to go to court, but the dmv has fixed the problem. My lawyer is pretty pissed off that proper protocol was not followed by the arresting officer (however he was very nice and tried to make it a pleasant experience). Or even that I was arrested and booked to begin with! Way to go state of New Hampshire and KPD once again you fail. Although honestly I had no idea things were not being handled properly since I have never been in trouble and have 1 violation in my life. SMH that was a learning experience. enjoy reading my name in the court log in September :-) thank goodness for the best wifey ever and her mister amazing for getting my car and picking me up from the station. You are the bestest friends ever!
