I got in Nashville Sunday afternoon Put my truck in the shop I met my new trainie Monday morning I told him meets 10 o clock he did not show up untill noon that was a bad sign That told me I will have problem with him My truck still in the shop as of Tuesday afternoon a load planner seen me in the office and ask me Russell what are you what dose ur trainie doing I told him what going on and he ask me when ur trainie going finish his backing class and poul the load planner told me what going on I told poul all I have to call him and tell him meet me in front if the office poul told me load is very hot and it need be pick ASAP I told I will pick it up My truck was in the shop for heater and brakes plus other stuff poul but me in the a loner truck my trainie and I went pick the load up He was a head ache telling me he dont feel like He not a trainie he will start asking question after question did not give me time answer his question then we got back to Nashville About 2 a m he keep going he been using foul words from of customer he said u did a favor For western got back to the yard he kept running his mouth did not stop He got my blood persure so high I came close jack slsp him put I can not do it becouse of camera was around and I need keep my cool Becouse I am company I need show sample front of drivers I look at him in the eye I went to my brief case get his training book out And I told him ur fired off of my truck I woke up next morning I went to my boss in Safty department I told him what happen He took him off my truck and said I have hew trainie for you it took persure off of me I said Ty Ben this other trainie I have so far he doing good
