I got into a big disagreement with Lacey Schuckman over this video! Someone who trains MMA tell me if Im right or wrong.... When drilling the duck walk, shouldnt your hands be dropped down a bit and not in front of your face? I thought the point of this is to mimic a shoot and takedown, so I dont see how youd wrap up your opponents legs with your hands in front of your face like this. Thoughts Gina Begley and Jeremy Johnson ? Am I just really dumb or what?
