I got really wonderful news today. I train a group of clients. Today, after the training session, they came to me. They told me that they competed in the Spartan Race, as a team. The team consisted of 3 men and 1 woman. The team placed 4th and the woman in the group came in 1st place out of all the women. Woohoo!! That is awesome! They told me that as they were racing to the finish line, they chanted out loud “We are TOUGH! Never tired!” They said that my training was what got them to do so well. Aw.. That is so sweet. I do what I do because I love making my clients stronger and faster.
