I got the idea for lunch today while shopping at the local market. On a shelf I saw a package of Creamy Potato Soup with Sausage and kale. But at 3.99 I wasnt buying. By the time I got home I was starved and couldnt get that soup off my mind. So using left over boiled taters, some left over spicy Italian sausage, some bout to die kale from the bottom of my fridge I tried to recreate what I thought the soup might be like. I can honestly say this was delicious! Since I dont measure much when cooking its a Lil harder for me to give you a recipe but I will try to in the comments. Here are the pics.
