I got the number 14. 14 things you dont know about me. Like this status and Ill give you a number too. 1. I have a love and obsession for the macabre, specifically, Victorian Memento Mori. Aka Victorian Post Mortem photography. Everything about it is s beautiful, sad and morbid at the same time, im just instantly drawn to it. 2. Elaborating on that, Im hoping within the next year or so, to be a full time attending student perusing my bachelors degree of science at The Pittsburgh School of Mortuary Science. Thats right, Im hoping to be a Mortician and Funeral Director. 3. Im still afraid of the dark in some aspects, I always have to have the bathroom liight on at night or the tv. I also wont go downstairs alone at night if the lights re off..I dont know why, but it makes me very uneasy. 4. I wish I could have been born in an entirely different Era, I was meant to grow up in the 40s/50s/60s . I feel like Ive been jipped because I would give anything to have been able to experience a Buddy Holly concert, Hank Williams Sr concert and The British Invasion! Not to mention the amazing hair, clothes, cars and pinup babes! 5. The Wizard of Oz is my all time favorite movie. Im obsessed with it. Whenever Im down that movie brings me right up. A close second is Its a Wonderful Life. 6. I got to dance on stage with Billy Ray Cyrus ( mr achy breaky heart) at one of his shows at Ponderosa Park when I was like 5. I still remember the whole thing LOL 7. I wear my heart on my sleeve, im a very delicate person emotionally. I put my heart into everything and everyone and im often the one hurt. I try to make myself tougher but so far im still the same haha 8. This is a big one. I am an Agnostic Atheist. This is probably a huge surprise to people, 1. because ive never publicly defined myself as this, only to a few close people in my life. and 2. because of my upbringing. No I dont worship Satan, sacrifice babies or any of that good stuff you hear about those who do not follow a religion. I just do not believe in organized religion or the Christian god. Could there be a higher power? Maybe, or maybe not. Im not 100% certain either way. Im not going to live my life according to guidelines set for me to ensure I go to heaven. I live my life and do good deeds and be a good person because I want to, not because of fear of eternal damnation. That being said, I respect all peoples religious beliefs and I do not try to sway that or chastise them, and I do expect the same respect in return. Im also the same person youve always known. Im not some evil deviant. 9. Some of my most closest greatest friends I have met online. And I hold each one of them near and dear to my heart. 10. I dont like to go anywhere by myself after dark because im terrified ill be car jacked or used as some sort of gang initiation thanks to reading stories on Snopes LOL 11. I am painfully shy. Its bad. People will address me and Ill start to blush. I think alot of it has to do with how insecure and the lack of self confidence I had up until recently. Im working on that though ;) 12. Jai and I actually have a 10 year age difference, you wouldnt really know in person either because were pretty much on the same wave length and maturity level. I dont know if that good for me or him though haha. 13. I lived in the UK from 2001-2004. My dad, step mom and step sisters and my 2 brothers are still there though. Im the only one who returned to the states. Its hard and I miss them very much, as do the kids.
