I got this lovely email this week from a Mum who sent her daughter on my Back2School workshop: Thank you so much Lisa for assisting our daughter in the Back2school workshop a couple of weeks ago. We cannot believe how much confidence this has given her. She has been able to walk through the school gates at 8.45 with her classmates into her class room. Previously, I have had to take her in to her class room 5 minutes earlier via the school office and even then she quite often sobbed and clung to me. Not once in the past week has she walked the perimeter of the playground on her own for her lunch break but she has actively played with others, and asked to join in. You are a superstar! Thank you, thank you, thank you. On the other side of the fence I have another client who has started home schooling, another one who is getting school avoidance with tummy aches and another one who is refusing to go to school at all. School is such a big part of their lives and its important that they are happy there. I love to learn but I wasnt a huge fan of school myself.
