I got to give this one to silent Bob of Jay and Silent Bob fame. He coined a phrase Im going to steal in part for myself. He referred to Jay as his hetero life mate. Now I say in part because I have to change one word. I have a platonic life mate. People see us on the street and assume shes my wife. Even people who know us dont quite get what we are. You hear what she means to me and it screams wife. Shes my best friend, confidante, the one person in this whole quirky world who really knows and gets me. That doesnt scream just friends does it? We go everywhere together, hide nothing from each other, share everything(accept lovers because um ewe, sweaty balls are nasty), Hell, we even have a family plan on our cell phones. Again,not really sounding like friends,lol, thats not even family because there are some things you simply dont share with family. So to perfectly sum her up in the shortest possible way, platonic life mate.
