I got to keep it real!!! I love my spanish speaking friends. I dont call you spanish cuz you dont come from spain. Why to spanish speaking ppl get mad when I dont speak spanish? Cmon!! I have experienced predjudice from yal. Yal say things like. you pretty for a black girl. I got the dirtiest looks yesterday in a mcdonalds asking for change to break ten dollar bill and because I didnt speak spanish i got eye rolls and attitudes. If you want to get technical my mother is as light as all yal spanish speaking ppl but she dont say shes british or scottish and dont speak the oppressors language cuz jamaicans made their own dialect and cuz she has the dominant gene of black in her veins. Tell me why when one of yal have a baby with a black man yo baby comes out with that coily human hair? Cuz you have that gene too. I ask why do I experience the ignorance of others? Even santeria which derived from African spirituallity. Ive been to many spanish speaking house holds where they have a black woman statue sitting like an alter with food and money by it. Some of yal need to get it together for real.
