I got to the market too late today, but at least Ive finally nailed down what Im making on Turkey Day. Sautéed squid with garlic, preserved lime and heirloom chiles Cream of carrot soup, Honeycrisp apple salsa Market fish Roasted brussels sprouts with hazelnuts and ricotta salata Delicata squash agrodolce, with almonds and spicy raisins Cheese plate, Turkish fig jam I just need to pick up the squid and the fish on Tuesday, so things may still change. I thought about making ricotta fritters for dessert. Or cake. Hmm. Might have to exercise my bakers black thumb.
