I got up early to start out the day with 20 minutes on the stairmill. I did not feel like doing it once I got there but I knew I need to get my momentum going or the day would slip away. Once I started I could feel how tight amd tired my legs (and whole body) felt. I wanted to stop and go get on something easier but I knew that nothing would feel easy at this point and that it shouldnt. I told myself that I could push myself it wasnt that long. It got better as I went along and the feeling of being done at the end was awesome knowing that I didnt take the easier way. It wasnt a long time but it was productive and just what I needed then. After the TFW Charity kickoff Coach Julie and I did our 2min pushup, 3min situp, and 150m sprint tests. I also got quite a few steps in pacing up and down a football field as my sons playoff game went into double overtime! Now I am doing cardio cleaning to get my house back in order as quick as I can 😄 For meals so far breakfast was eggs with Icon cooked ground turkey Snacks 2 servings of almonds Lunch Icon Peanut butter and jelly 😊
