I gotta a few I hope everyone remembers as fondly as I do.... -Donna Towe was the greatest teacher / friend I ever had in my school days. Proud to say I got back out there to see her most every year...and Im proud to say I got my oldest in her class the last year she taught. -Mikie Joe Herning... best man in my wedding & by my side for 90% of the insanely wrong yet immensely fun things I did thru 93 (and there was a bunch!!!).. while still with us in body, has been in a vegetative state since June of 93 from a car accident....man Id love to shoot the shit with him again. -Neff Loupe....we stayed in touch on a weekly basis from 5th grade thru 2010 when life got too heavy for him & he took his own....Id be banned from FB if I told all the mess that me n Niff got in to....while fuzzy, I remember the day on into night back into morning that he, I & Sim Purnell went & got Stacey Mitchell Wattss engagement ring...Lord have mercy! Wish hed have give me 1 last holla in 2010, who knows, mightve helped him feel better. -Do yall remember James Brown JB class of 85 I think, ran with Elisson, Dylan Smith, David Cook? I was puttin a stereo in Novella Coppedges car out in Port Royal when we found out that he & Charlie Finley had passed on in the same car accident....had some large fun with JB & Tia on Old Russleville Pk when Tia and her mom rented the basement apartment where me & mama were living....I wasnt even old enough to drive when we started acting up..... ....all these good folks come to mind as I thought the world of them all and theyre all greatly missed... may they all rest in peace.
