I guess this is how they do it in Beaver Creek Mountain! We had dinner at Hooked, and when we inquired about the different fish... they brought out a plater with each fish choice on it! THEN we watched our fish get filleted on this TV screen that is connect to a camera over the chefs station. Half of our little Nemo was turned into Sushi, the other half was baked and served on the skeleton! I must admit, it was delicious! Dinner was accompanied by a lobster stuffed with crab and shrimp... wrapped in bacon. Needless to say, I didnt go hungry this weekend! I hope you had a great couple of days! I stayed with my folks in Denver last night because the roads around the metro area were way worse than the roads through the high country! Seems like today, everything has cleared up nicely. Well get another burst of snow by midweek, with another shot possible Sunday. Ill take a closer look when I get in this afternoon.
