I guess we can file this under Hispanic panic. Apparently otherwise LEGAL behavior becomes a capital offense in Arizona if you happen to be Hispanic. Not sure what the penalty is if an Asian, Native American, African American, or any other non-caucasian tries to act in a lawful manner in AZ. Maybe certain members of the AZ GOP need to stop spending so much time in the desert staring at the sun. What I really dont understand is that the VAST majority of Republicans are genuinely good and reasonable people, so why is the party giving the nut-jobs from outer reaches of the far-right their tacit approval by their silence?
