I had Mr. Plumber Company come out (because my regular plumber is really backed-up). The guy that came out looked up the prices for parts and labor in his field book (I asked for a quote when I called in and they couldn’t do that without sending someone out). The cost was over double what my regular guy quoted. End result, I didn’t use them and they charged me a $79 service call. I know of very few company’s that charge for a quote. I would get laughed at (or not used) if I suggested that to my computer clients. Not only will I NEVER think of using them again, I am going to shop their sister company (Williams Comfort Heating & Air) to see if they’re over charging me as well. NO SALE to Mr. Plumber.
