I had Vertigo from my childhood.always afraid of heights... Today all of us came to a hillock near Gurgaon for rock climbing. I never thought I would be able to make the climb.I told my instructor that I wont do it.but my friends and all the instructors told me that I will have to do it and that I could do that. I dont know how,but I made the climb somehow....!!!! And I got down the hill the way mountaineers do!!!! U just can not win over your fears unless u face them in the open..... Very much a happy man and a confident man now.
