I had a GREAT salad for lunch today and let me just tell you that if you have never had tomato or cucumber from a garden or a farmers market, you really havent really lived. My salad was simple: Lettuce, farmers market cucumber and tomato and some red onion slices, topped with a few sprinkles of pink Himalayan sea salt. It was delish. I have NEVER had a salad without salad dressing, but I didnt even miss it. It wasnt my intention, but no dressing saved me a few calories too.
