I had a bad experience with Daly dress downtown mall branch, I went with my husband there and after we entered we decided to buy something for our kid first then return back to them. 1. When we returned back two from the working men there kept looking to my husband and whispering, my husband went to them and said yes yes its me they said Do you hear us? he said that its not showing any respect to keep talking about a customer standing in front of you like this even if the customer left and returned back and I really dont understand what was their problem but they said we are sorry. 2. All the shop was covered with Sale signs, after we choose 2 pull we went to pay for them, we should pay according to price written on them 800 but we found them saying 950. They said that there was a mistake and the price is wrong. My husband said okay and pay for them. Also they removed the price written on the pull and said your receipt is enough and no need for it. I was really shocked and this the second time to face the same issue, the first was with H&M and I am really wondering from the amount of price mistakes happening now which is not logic. Could you plz tell me if there is anything I can do to complain them? and If not just plz take care from them also :(
