I had a ball last night at the Sustainable Harvest Feast cooking - TopicsExpress

I had a ball last night at the Sustainable Harvest Feast cooking class hosted by Charleston Cooks (Columbia). It was educational, entertaining and they fed us. They featured locally produced products used in the meal. We were pleased to supply our nitrite-free bacon and mild breakfast sausage. It was delicious! Thanks to Culinary Instructor Molly Ingham for the invitation. Great to see her assistant, Kim ( who has visited the farm) and the retail store mgr. Erin Eisele. Fantastic job, ladies! If you want to spend an enjoyable evening, register for a cooking class. Some are instructional and others are participatory. Check out their website and like them on FB. Sunny Cedars Farm looks forward to partnering with Charleston Cooks! again in the future.
