I had a caller on Good Morning UpCountry bring up a good point. If someone is arrested by local law enforcement, we report the arrest. When they go to court, we dont have the resources to check every court every day to report the outcome. So.......if you are arrested and are subsequently found not guilty please contact us and let us know. We will then verify the information with the appropriate court and happily publish the fact that you were not convicted of the offense.
