I had a conversation with a couple at the Howard County Fair about GM and the bankruptcy. My position was/is GM should have gone through normal bankruptcy without the tax payer subsidizing GM. That the assets which have real and tangible value would have been sold and either a new and improved GM arise or a new name plate. Just as other car companies in the past.
