I had a conversation with a man yesterday who asked me a question - TopicsExpress

I had a conversation with a man yesterday who asked me a question about politics. I explained in my answer that his blaming of one man, Bush, is as asinine as the other sides blaming of one man, Obama. He retorted, Im not gonna listen to anything you have to say about my president. As long as people continue to hold up one or the other, while ignoring the other 535, you will NEVER BE FREE. Ive been told, Im mean, harsh in tone, because I rebuke readily, rather than soothe with words of kindness towards those who dont get it. I cant. I wont. Rome is burning. Hell, maybe it should. Let me be straight up, I dont have a problem calling a fool, a FOOL, if thats what they are. Consider the following words of Jesus. Mind you, He is speaking to the leadership of His day. These are some very HARSH words in the context of their conversation. 29 Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets and decorate the graves of the righteous. 30 And you say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’ 31 So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets. 32 Go ahead, then, and complete what your ancestors started! 33 You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell? I say to you, How will you escape the destruction of America if you refuse to take your heads out of your ***** and wipe your eyes? ~TMOT, The Constitutionalist Bad Guy
