I had a fun time in Shoreditch today. It wasnt a massive crowd, especially at the start, but more joined in over the course of the event, so we had a good old gathering by the end. While I always like to see lots of fans turn up, the smaller events are more intimate and allow those in attendance to ask more questions than they would normally be able to, so theyre nice too. I had a knowledgable, inquisitive bunch of Shansters today, and they threw all sorts of probing questions my way -- I had to think fast at one point to explain why the Little People in the Cirque Du Freak didnt have any noses or belly buttons!! Here are some photos posted by fans after the talk -- I did give a few of them the chance to have a nice, smiling picture with me if they preferred, but they all happily opted for strangulation -- my kind of people!!! In order, they are Cameron, Jamie, John and Will. And thats it for my 2014 tours! Ive had another wonderful year on the road. Thanks to everyone who turned up to support me at signings and talks, and who patiently waited in line to get their books signed. I wont be doing much in December or January, but Im already starting to put together events for February and March and beyond, so stay tuned for updates, and hopefully Ill be coming to a venue near YOU in 2015...
