I had a great time birding in Wayne County this weekend. On Saturday I saw the Eurasian Wigeon along Clark Rd. in the marsh. The Ruff in a flooded corn field along 95. 1 Red-necked Grebe in the pond along Wilderness Rd. I also saw good numbers of Rusty Blackbirds along Messner Rd. Killbuck Marsh and Wright Marsh still have a nice variety of waterfowl to be found. Today I saw the Ruff for a brief time, before it headed west with some yellowlegs. 4/5-4/6 2014
